Book a Class

To preserve the quality of your experience, classes are intentionally limited to 12 clients.

Advance reservations and pre-payment are required. Booking opens two weeks ahead.

Cancellation Policy

Out of respect for fellow clients and the limited class size, a 12-hour cancellation notice is required — no exceptions.

Late cancel or no-show:

• Unlimited members: $25 fee

• Package clients: class forfeited

If you’re feeling unwell, simply email us and we’ll remove you from class at no charge.

All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
