Drawing on 20 years of barre fitness teaching experience, owner Bev Currier has created a signature approach to movement that is low-impact, high-intensity, and results-driven. Each class blends the most effective elements of Pilates, strength training, interval training, yoga, and physical therapy to strengthen, sculpt, and balance the entire body.

The Barre by the Sea program is designed to deliver visible results while being kind to your joints—making it ideal for beginners, seasoned athletes, and everyone in between.
